My swsro wont work propley

hey i joined SWSRO about a year ago an i quit for abit an i tried playing again an my client wouldnt launch for some reason so i deleted everything an downloaded the file from yogure or something like that an when i tried launching the game i got a error >"please execute silkroad.exe"

what do i have to do please some decent answers thank you..

okay i done everything but still does same iv downloaded the Loader an still dont work an iv tried clicking the exe an it keeps telling me i need directx ect :/

right-click the file, go to the tab "compatibility" and select Windows XP SP3 ;)
