Need help with packets

hello all

When u use something in conquer. it sends a packet to conquer right?

Whats something good to see what this packet is. Also how can u send this packet again,

im new to this so i need some help.

this would get you packets, npc ids etc (not sure if it works with 4351, but should do)

and sending a packet to the server im sure choco made a tool for it although im not sure it works anymore

With this proggy you can resend the packets, some of the functions don't work like the "tc" :P
