i think the smartest thing to do would be to put all your contact information in your signature. That way any time people need to refer they can do it even when you're offline.

i give them my contact-informations only if someone wanna deal with me and then he just needs to pm me on e*pvpers its not that hard^^

iduno i had my msn in my signature since i'd joined i never got spammed only added through people that wanted a trade.
