jumping faster?

a while bk i read that if u delete one of he folders from the C3 folder u can make warr/waterrs jump slightly faster...

dont really remember which files they were if someone would post which filese these were i would appreciate it.

female wars with shields DO jump faster than any1 else.
this commonly results with complaints that wars speedack and other shit
