70:70 BOWER

hey guys, can someone please give a up-to-date link guide on a 70:70 Bower ?

i'm going to farm a new char and have decided to make a 70:70 bower , anyway, can you guys leave opinions and suggestions on this build?

my opinion / suggestion :Pacheon 110 , Cold 110, Light 110.

Armour : maybe Protector OR Garment

70:70 sounds more like you should pick 110 Fire and Mix of Cold and Light (you do not need and even cant handle such a high Snow anyway).
