Lving skill question?

was curious and was wondering if there was a way to get a faster hit rate to lv skills other than nd, or fishy. (im not including sm or cyclone)

i wanted to know for those that arent rb and that way they can go afk too... if anyone has any ideas or suggestions i would b glad to hear them.
