i remember back then, there was a way that someone had found to transfer items that couldn't be traded/vended. there was some hex editing that was done and we vended it.. i was wondering if that was still capable of doing.

Server checks items for those tags now. If you edit your itemtype.dat and make an untradeable item tradeable, when you put it in trading window, it appears in your trading window but locks in your inventory, the other player dosen't even see it in trade.
