Basic PvP Hacks

I came back from my short hiatus from Diablo 2 recently and noticed that there is no publicly available "PK" hack for 1.13

My friend and I want people to fail@Diablo 2, so this "PK" hack was swiftly whipped up just for you (Don't expect anything asides basic PvP functions)
