i need help

ok, this is the problem:

i made an water-fire char.....i lvl him to 70 and i can't promoteto fire wizard.... i seeked the problem.... i dont have 45 agility

what should i do?

(I DONT HAVE DB)

its not the end of the world if u have to get to lvl 85, u could probably do it in no time
