I might be wrong but after trying do this on new accounts there is no NPC in market. It's only there for the old accounts. (acounts made before patch 4351)

idk if i understand u all the way but yea u can create new accounts right now and get the exp from the lady ull go to lvl 44

No... What a1blaster is saying is that Accounts made AFTER patch 4351, won't see Mystic Merchant. I think 0_o

no i wanted to see if i had less lag at 110s in tg because for some reason after this new patch i lag out like crazy and i lag ALOT less on 4350
