The file that psiho posted is missing the monster.exe file to help Itemtype.dat editor v2.exe run.
His download won't work.

Be aware that the Itemtype.dat editor v2.exe won't edit the shields or tort gems, you'll have to use coder62's tool Itemtype decrypter/encrypter to edit those by hand in a editor.
