is gametrible trasfer account working?

well when i went to trasfer my account, i used a different user name, did all the checks and blablabla

after i pressed ' I agree' and the 'Would you like to sing up? Yes' i got an un-Known error. i reloaded the page and tryed to trasfer again my account and i get the msg the account already trasfered.. i used the new trasfered account i registered for, and it was working but it was with no my character inside..
any1 had the same problem? =S

It's a bug, and as already mentioned you will be help via Q&A in their website. Basically, your account was tranferred but not your characters. Don't worry though, they will help you :)
