my msg 2700 can connect to npc but cannot connect to acc server

Go into ACCServer
Check that Config.ini has your server name (with no spaces) the database ip has to be local (127.0.0.1) the user and pass match with the users and pass in the config.ini in GameServer
make sure shell.ini is just the same. Edit shell.dat using a Hex editor to match shell.ini and try to run them again
