cannot connect with premium

the inspection is finish but i cannot connect my char because i have premium ticket i think...some people speack about that in hotan...plz help US !!
i can connect but after 2 sec my game closed automaticly

LOL man...Even at 14:00 o'clock Europe Time (the most crowded time) I can enter without problem...And I don't even have Premium Ticket.
