SV not Working?

I run it and i check back and i see a met on the ground and it dont pick it up.... the first time i used it i picked up an elite armor but then it doesnt pick nothing else up... i had to pick up 3 mets manually... any ideas why? maybe i got a bad version? can someone point me to a good version?

which version you have for sv?

possible problem cause
-proxy
-changed itemtype
- wrong multiclient
-wrong picking item set

first tell us..what sv u use... did u used proxy... or what multi u use... and did u modified itemtype.dat
