1. Creating an Account: In order to play, you must first create a conquer account. For this, you have two choices:
i. Access the conquer official website [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and click on "Register" to create a new account.
II. You can also click on "Standard Definition - Start" or "High Definition - Start" button to access the login server interface, click on Sign Up on the login server interface.
An account consists of an account ID and a password. These two pieces of information allow anyone who has them to play your characters. Keeping your password secret is therefore of utmost importance.
2. Identification Number: For security reasons, you are required to provide an identification number (password) if you wish to modify your data (registered email address, password, security question, etc.) or retrieve your lost password. If you don't want to use real information, make sure you use something memorable, otherwise your account settings will be locked indefinitely.
3. Changing Account Details: You can click on "Support" and go to TQ Customer Service Center to change your password.
4. Retrieve a Lost Password: Go to TQ Customer Service Center and click "Forget Password" to retrieve your password. You will be asked to answer your security questions (the one you designated when you signed up for an acount).
