Setting Up a Pserver As Public?

i have just got done making my pserver and on local it runs fine i hjave tried several different types of thing in oder to set it up as public but keep getting error screens. If anyone had done this or has any idea how i can solve this problem it would be very much appreciated. ty.

Make sure your ports are open on your router/firewall.

i thank you for the reply but yes i have a opened my ports and forwarded them through my router and my firewall yet it still does the same thing.
