I understand i have to download ml_0.13.12.exe [ dragonica client and install it ]

But what I was not able to find was

Where to download Patch
and
Where to Register

I request the Patch Download and The Register Page please

Also

If the Register Page is in chinese , may someone create me an account ?

anyone knows how to change the cash shop language to english. The cash shop is in Chinese and some items have same pictures so i cant determine what kind of item is that. PLease help i cant read chinese.
