upgrade items lvl in TC

Hi guys i have a problem i cant upgrade my 120lvl boots in TC by mets :cry:
Like i remember it alllways was possible, so pls for answer is it stell possible and if it is what i can make wrong

u cant upgarde gears after lvl 120 in tc wid mets , they only can upgrade in market that will cost a db each lvl

120- for everything , 116 for ring.

all equips can be lvl in TC, exept weps and ring witch is lvl 116, and for all others just spam mets in TC, also if ur lucky i might get socket too HEHEHEHEHE,
