First of all you will need patience and will power, as it will take time to build a good fire tao without buying an assload of dbs. Ok here is how it goes
Level 1 - 25
Train on the twin city map until around level 25. Pheasants, turtledoves, robins, and apparitions. Save all gold you may find.
Level 25 - 40
Kill bandits and rats until you reach level 40. Continue to stack up on your gold and you may start to find mets. Save those up also. It's all about patience getting to 40.
Level 40 - 65
Ok this is where it gets really boring and time consuming. Since you are now level 40 go to the job center and become a fire Taoist. After that spend some of that gold you've saved on mana potions and go to the waterfall cave near Phoenix Castle and zap bandits or tombats.
Level 65 - 82
Ok now you have fire circle things will speed up. Now you want to take your bag off and buy a necklace. I know your thinking WTF why would I do that. Well it's because you're going to need some defense now. Buy a few hp pots and just use meditates for mana. Train on the second map of DC the portal is found in the left corner right by Mystic Castle. Try to find a spawn to level at but if you cant just wing it on sanf elfs until level 70. Once you reach level 70 get yourself an emerald. Sand monsters on first map drop them or you can just buy once. Once you advance at job center you want to hunt and try to make a little extra cash for gear at ape city. Try one of the minimal or elf ape spawns if none are available hunt outside of AC. Save up money to buy an elite hat and an elite armor. The continue to save until you can +2 both. Then continue to save until you can buy a uni 2soc backsword. Put a refined moon gem and ref. rainbow in it. Then get back to training at DC until level 82.
Level 82 - 90
Once you reach level 82 get back to hunting and if you haven't gotten nado yet you wanna level your fire to fixed which will be no problem since you have a ref. moon gem. Don't sweat fixing fire too much because you can't begin to level nado until level 90. After you've made some money +3 your armor and hat and +3 your BS if you already haven't. Once you've doing that go to alien apes (bring a few hp pots) since you're hat and armor are +3 they wont do too much dmg to you but you will notice they drain your dura pretty fast and you're gonna need some hp pots. Once you hit level 85 go to blades and FC there with a neck on if you can. They give bonus xp and also remember to fix fire if you haven't. Once you hit level 87 go back to Alien apes until 90.
Level 90 - 100
Once you are level 90 go to birdmen (Bonus xp) and train your nado. Don't FC anymore until level 92. Once you reach 92 go to senior snakemen and FC until 95. Once you reach 95 go to hawks and train Nado more. By level 97 you should have level 1 nado. Go back to ssm and get to level 100.
Level 100 - 110
(Note: This is where you start buying mana pots because mana drain is a mofo now.) Ok now your gonna wanna head to bandits and train nado until level 102. Once you reach level 102 from Nado get back to hunting at AC map or DC map whichever you prefer. Save up and get yourself a Super 2soc BS(you deserve it by now)and also get an elite bag.. Once you get your super 2soc BS go ahead and +3 it. After you +3 it insert 2 ref moon gems. After you've got your BS set you need to go to alien serps and train if there are no Archers taking over spawn. If you cant never miss a chance to train your nado. You wanna get Fire of hell and train it a bit. You should also FC in TG as much as possible. At level 105 go to tombbats and train your Nado until you hit 107. At 107 you wanna FC in TG as much as possible and FC at alien serps as much as possible. Until 110
Level 110 - 115
LOOONG RIDE. You thought getting from 100 to 110 was long heh. Well now you wanna +4 your BS use that uni +3 bs you have and build another +3. Once you got your +4 BS get to training nado at bloody bats as much as possible until 112. Once you reach 112 back to FCing in TG and at serps all day (Don't forget to +2 your bag).
Level 115 - 120
YOU FINALLY HIT 115 AND PRETTY MUCH OWN EVERYONE NOW. Focus on fixing Nado. By level 117 your nado should be fixed. Now that you got your nado fixed. Get to hunt stack up your money. Hunt as much as possible and when you're not hunting you should be FoHing of FCing. Save up and buy yourself a mana BS if you can find one. Spend your cash on building up your mana BS.
Level 120 - 130
Well your finally level 120 all that training you put in begins to show. DO NOT level that super 2soc BS to level 120. Try your best to sell it and get some DBs amd +1 BSes. By this time you've got your mana BS super 2soc and all you need to do is spend that assload of cash you have from hunting on leveling it. Get it to 115 and +4 it. Insert some ref nixes for it and NOW you are one badass tao. But leveling is extremely hard now all you can do is train at basilisk and red devils as much as possible. At level 122 the xp really sucks. What you want to do now is go buy yourself an eli or uni 2soc spear and insert some super or ref rains. Also buy yourself a uni 1soc robe from one of those archs making rbs. Insert a good rainbow into it and sit your ass in TG until level 130.
