After you have made sure you have those two components installed,close all conquers,and download one of the 2 files below, for what ever server group you belong too.
Extract it to a folder,put the server.dat into your co folder, and load up QOProxy
Your done!Its as simple as that!

beware, these are exactly the same commands as in nProxy. I wouldnt trust this until a mod has checked the code: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
