go to official cabal rider page and download cabalrider US ....

Cabal Rider doesn't have a NA Bot anymore, or at least that's what one of the retailers for the other versions said. What site are you viewing, Redsong? Official CR Website is Cabalrider.net as far as I know, and there's no NA Section on there. ;p
