So ive been gone of CO for just a little under a year now and I want to start again, but I havent got a decent acc.

So im looking for an archer, RB count does not matter, preferably with bound gears as I cant pay much for decent gears atm, MUST have full info, lvl 130 I am looking for. I can pay via paypal.
