Just go weakened dungeons..and after do some RS Buffalo farming.

Well with 45 you can go weakened ruina station which can give you at least 2 levels per run if you grind/level there at buffalos. But actually i can't understand why you are not able to go weakened LID (lvl 35-50) you are sure that you go to the right entrance?
