Deleting files

Besides the 3dffects.ini file, wich other file would i need to clean out to get the lowest tg ping/fps ?

I tried deleting here and there but got a shadow and teleporthack :-/

Try using Cotobo.

You can reduce ping by removing effects in game like arrow fire and death effects.
