In your Files directory you have a IPCut.ini
Write there the IP and the IP is banned.
If not, use Toms Antihack and ban with it.

Via Tom' Antihack.
There you have to write "%ban <username>" and the AH will ban his/her IP.

Its easy to bypass ^^ But over 60% of all User have an Static IP so its for them not easy to bypass it. Ban the Account an finish =)
