[Release] Conquer Effect Remover!

Hey people,

Some others asked me to make such a program so i did it.

Effects that will be invisible are:
- Super Glows
- Flower Effects
- Cool Effects
- Sounds
- Nobility

ReadMe:
If you downloaded the rar with program and readme inside you can read the readme.txt in the rar or when you extracted it on your Computer.

I think it needs update. it gives me error "could not find 'ini/3dEffect.ini'

I think you need to update your client and not the program!!
