Avatar für COD Black Ops MP?

Hab eine frage: Wie erstelle ich ein Avatar für Cod Black Ops MP?
Also das Steam Avatar ist klar aber das Avatar das ingame angezeigt wird im MP Modus da komm ich nicht klar!
Wäre sehr nett wenn mir da jemand weiter helfen könnte :confused:

Du meinst wohl die Cod-Karte oder?
