How do I change mob drops, boss spawn timers, and exp gain?

Mob Drops are done in database and boss spawn time is done in server side Obelisk.ini file. Please read through the forums, these questions have been answered many times before.

lol makes me laugh when people cant use search function..i know its a bit crappy but it gets the job done...anyways:
Exp can be done by right clicking "Game" in you server config manager and going to command and typing /exp2xenable <your server rate> (without the little arrow thingys).
MobDrops can be done by going into PS_GameDefs in SQL then going to mob drops and changing "Grade". Bear in mind you will need to find the correct MobID and the Correct grade of the items to make it correct.
SpawnTimes can be done in Obelisk.ini not sure how but as others said search forums >.>
