I'm on Flying Eagle, its pretty filled with english speaking ppl - tho there are turks too.
Div2, the server which starts with O and ends with O, not too long. Can't miss it:)

Or king's peak there are the most english speaker players but chineses dont really like us(they like to pk us and ks on your spot:d)
