i think what he meant was.. with the hacks, therefore dio = unlocked, as with hacks, it is dam easy to get dio?.. lol just a guess =)Quote:

@TS : GCPH is just late with the updates of characters, we are buying files from KOG .. this is a public server, soo NOTHING IS FREE.. i think the files of KOG doesn't come very cheap.. soo just be patient and try to help lvlup by buying there gacha and help them get money to buy the files/characters you want.. GCPH is already a free to play game, soo there only way of getting money is from gacha..
