help with conquer.exe file

I was wondering if anyone has a way of reading their coding in English instead of all those random letters and numbers. I couldn't find anything on this so if you do know it would be much appreciated!

I think... you're talking about hex... in which case it's actually easier just to learn how to hex edit :-) Dont ask me, i have NO idea about it. In fact, who wants to teach me!? lmao
