I thought pvp hacks were banned from this forum but yet he deliberately handed out pvp hacks to few and/or many gcph players. If im not mistaken its IN THE RULES that no pvp hacks are to be released. He broke pne of the major rules.

Because whatever the hack is cant be patched or they cant be banned. The hack is being used for pvp and therefore breaks the rules. Moka distribution should not be allowed in this forum.
... Well actually... Now that i think about it, i dont recall seeing a rule saying there can not be MP hacks. It seems like an unwritten rule. Followed by everyone, it wasnt actually official. If im wrong, i would love to see proof though. If I am wrong though, this means that Noien did break the rules and should be banned.
The choice is up to the people now. Whoever wants to show proof of this can. If not, MP hacks CAN be made.

._. Moka don't have any hacks right now, Moka024 is Akashiya.Moka and his the only one who's using skill/MP hack and not us.

and they are using something to prevent ban. i just dont know what that is

So i apologize for directing the accusation to the wrong person.

No matter who the user is of the program, the accusation still stands. If they cant be banned from GC they should at least be banned from here. As i said. Most people's understanding is that MP hacks are illegal here.
As i said, if they are not, they they shouldnt be banned, but then this gives reason for anyone else to distribute an MP hack.
So if there is proof that the hack is illegal, actions should be taken against the moka users.
If there is none... let all hell break loose on GC with MP hacks.

As I've said the moka might have been spread without Noien's consent but still it can be used in pvp therefore it is a pvp hack or am I wrong. He may have released it as a dungeon hack but still if it can be abused in pvp he should not have released it at all in my opinion yes all those noien fangirls/guys can hate me for stating "heshould not have released it to the few at all" but still the truth is If pvp hacks get out of hand it could lead to GCPH being shutdown therefore all your accounts would be worthless.

^ Yes he can be banned from this site but that doesn't stop him from spreading the hack unless noien designed it to only work on one computer which i doubt he did.

Sure you say only Akashiya.Moka is using it but how come people are reporting more than one person using said hack in pvp? Or are they all referring to Akashiya only ? Really guys All I am saying is If he was gonna release an MP hack he should have thought about 1.Can it be used in pvp. 2. if it can i shouldnt hand it out to people because it would make pvp unbalanced/crap for other players.
