New Vigor

Well,there is all these people making vigors.I realized no one has made a Black Vigor.So I decided to make one.
+K would be appreaciated but not needed.
Replace the file in Conquer 2.0/c3/effect/2NDMetempsychoaisis

hmm,did you replace the dds. file in the 2NDMetempsychoaisis folder with the new dds. file?
