having problems

hi i just downloaded lotro collection pack an for some reason when i get past the starter area... it freezes an when i reload it starts me back in the beginning of that starter area an still freezes... any help would be good

what for a pc do you have ? i mean video card, memory and so on

window 7 32bit
2 gig ram
intel(R) celeron(R) CPU 2.53ghz 2.53ghz
Geforce 8400 GS

you tried it in different graphic options like lowgraphic-med graphic high graphic? when you play on high graphics and win7 it would be better when you have more ram

i tryed alot of things.. i looked online for a tweak guide... what i did was well every time i want to start the game i would load up the launcher get that past the download/update phase. then i go in to the c:/programfile/lotro game file an looked for thy logo an intro movie files.. an deleted them out so it won't be so laggy.. now every time i go in to the game where the logo or movie plays xD i get a crisscross like checker borad across my screen... but at least it don't freeze an i'm a lvl 15 hunter
