What Omni does have is 255 lvl, 255 cap, axe, sniper, 190's, new maps, vip system, Omnimall and Chipmall (not to be confused with zpmall), a new core dealer, 5x xp weekends, and double point weekends every weekend, and much more that TQ doesn't have. Omni also has partial fuse and droid support server side, but the client provided will not use the Fuse/droid system as it is to dated for the Fuse transform functions and droid/pet system. (However the fuse data and droid data are in the Omni database and supported by the message server. The hold up is the account servers handshake method with client using an updated packet auth that is twice the size as the older client.)
So what you don't get is the fuses that are weaker than the current units in Omni and the annoying pets/droids.
If at the time Omni switches to a different account server, then a newer client will be released with the Fuse support. Currently that seems pointless based on how fuse works and how little it has to offer compared to what Omni already implemented.
I suggest you try out Omni yourself and see once it is back up.
Note: Omni will never implement Spacewar as it is a waste of time and a crappy add-on. There has already been work started on an account server replacement with the new auth packet support for a 2870 base client that supports fuse and droids. But the release occurance is unknown because if the Hanger modification works out to support the storage of many more units, then the fuse Units will become their own unit class and not a transform. p.s. droids suck
