Conqueronline exp balls

When i try to get an exp ball from shelby the vp guy he always put in my
exp bar and don't give it to me why? plz help me.

It's supposed to do that, it doesn't give you an exp ball he says "EXP equivalent to that of an EXP Ball."

shelly doesnt give balls just the experience its not transferable
