Here is a nice guide taken from COFusion forum.

REQUIREMENT: wear super armor on the character you want to do it
1. find and open 3Deffect.ini on your conquer\ini directory
2. find "[2NDMetempsychosis]" and copy its content
3. find your class cool action. search for:
- trojan - [fighter-s]
archer - [archer-s]
taoist - [taoist-s]
warrior - [warrior-s]
NOTE: these are only for NON FULL SUPER. as i cant confirm yet on full super coz im missing super boots :haha:
4. delete its contents and paste the contents of 2NDMetempsychosis and your done!
you only need to do Cool action once and light of vigor will show

you can also do the same trick to make effects show whenever you want to without waiting for them
