My GCPH always repeats and repeats and repeats .... and so on!

I really would appreciate it if someone uploaded this file(latest) ..

I promise you i'm going insane .. and i've done and tried other things for it to stop .. but it won't! ..

Well .. it goes like model/model_abta11 File Download ... with uhmm about 10/20 %

and then when i check back again .. it's 1% again and it's downloading the file again ..
