[QUESTION]About Damage Hack?

Hello, i just wanna ask something about damage hack, do i need to use CE or Winhex? Just a little hint about it and im gonna find it myself thanks :D..

It makes your skill have a no delay, so you can use it as many times you want.

dmg is set and calculated server side only, there is nothing u can do in the client that will effect the amount of dmg the server will allow a player to do

so there is no such hack available

i have skillhack working...
but compared to my friend he can kill faster than me...
sad to say he's not sharing it..
i was thinking about speedhacking while doing it with skillhack but i get dced.. i might try it over and over again to get the exact speed if there is no other thngy...
