Nicht VPC sondern Root ich kann in die DB rein Root einloggen usw aber kann den Server nicht starten!!Quote:

Connections Refused heisst nix anderes als das Datenbankfehler.
Du musst zuvor etwas an der Datenbank gemacht haben sonst wäre der Fehler nicht.

Entweder hast du glücklicher Weise noche in Backup auf Lager, oder du kannst sie noch reparieren in dem du weißt, was du als letzes gemacht hast.

Schick doch mal die syserr aus der db.
