WideVPN Not Working?

Hey guys me and my mate bought a VPN each lastnight from WideVPN as suggested by these forums. They were both working flawlessly up until about 5pm today, is anyone else not able to connect to WideVPN?

EDIT: Also does anyone know if there's an updated english patch for the KTS, the one I have is called nUpdater-365-English-006.exe anyone know of a new one or a way to get english updated?

Open CMD (run -> "cmd") and ping IPs until you find a live one. Try connecting to one.

Occasionally some IPs stop working, or work intermittently.

Tried that with most of the IP's from this page [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] but I keep getting this error message.

"The remote connection was not made because the attempted VPN tunnels failed. The VPN server might be unreachable. If this connection is attempting to use an L2TP/IPsec tunnel, the security parameters required for IPsec negotiation might not be configured properly."
Any ideas?

Btw it was working fine again last night but now I got home from work and it's gone again.
I e-mailed wideVPN about this a day ago and still haven't gotten a reply yet I love how when I was inquiring about the purchase their replys were almost instant.
