Ok guys i have a problem i have a pg level 19 that has been banned for a loooooong time like you can see here ↓

And i didn't hack or used any type of Bots Hacks Bugs...
About you can see here i m banned till 31 December 2069 o_O
So can anyone help me???

Du musst aber irgend etwas gemacht haben sonst würde es ja nicht so stehen. normaler weise heist die meldung so viel wie "permanenter Bann"

Yes, ask alaplaya's or S4's support and declare you didn'T use hacks or anything like that before. If you didn't they will probably unban you, otherwise it would be difficult.
