Can't upgrade (Soc items after rb)

Ok,


After Rbing my 12th water from farming. Why is it that I can't upgrade the Items ?

Ex Soc ed bag lvl 17 Can't upgrade it. WTF ? I've tried repairing... LOL NO luck. I tried in Market to upgrade it. Hahaha.. Sorry you arent at the right lvl. (I put the item on a another character.) W T F is going on? Do you have damage it to then repair it to upgrade it ? Looking for some answers....

yea try damaging it then repairing it that should get it working again it's an annoying bug

break 1 dura and than reapair and than up it :)

u just need to dmg it a lil and then repair most annoying bug on co

Even a small amount of damage will suffice. Stand in some pheasants for 3-5 mins while you get a drink or something, then repair and it will work.

I guess its like the Rb the lvl 5 blade and get lvlv 15 afterwards. Cant use that anymore!
