Private servers and wanabe's

Someone can pretty please make a private server in english?xDD(aside from eternia one)

you need to have the files.. if you have the files you can make one but at this time noone else got the files

I know that,i was just saying that if anyone thinking about making one,you should make it in english.

Also anyone knows why it takes so long to register on Elite Lastchaos? been waiting for like 5 min for page to load
