How Do I Download Flyff PH?

Hey, I want to download Ph Flyff, but the site download link isn't working for me? ._.
Does anyone know another link to download the client? :)

Also.. Is it even possible for me to play, if I get a client, when I live in Denmark (Scandinavia/Europe) ? :O

I hope you guys are able to help me :D
