bot don´t work

Hello all
I have a problem, i cant put the bot working... I make the login, chose "autotraining" but he stays in the same spot. This is wen i connect to my work internet, because if i connect to my internet he works. So i think its the firewall from the server that is bloking something... What should i do to put the bot working using my work place internet?

You should at least use search or try to read other post, it would be a good idea coz the brains are always explainin the same thing, i guess its anoying!!
