How to make sv1.10 with CE work

im not sure of this.
but this is wat i did
i noticed that about june 10-15 or something, the SV isnt working
when i changed the date back to may [17-30] or something, it works then!!
after changing the date, open CO and open the bot...
press f11 on game then it works

its working for me!!
