WoW Private servers

i am about to join a private server, but, i want a private server like the official servers, normal xp rate..... normal drop rate.... same items quests...
I would like to know the best private server(s) where i can play like a normal one,
if u can post the link, better xD

Lowbirds is a Word like noobs...
And there isnt a best server you have to try which is youre best.
