Anti-Bot Packet

As the title says anyone has a clue about that packet?

P.S. i think i found it and also got a very little clue how it works, but would help if there exist any detailed info on it.

Asking level 1s won't get you anywhere :P I would have guessed all that info was in level 2 if not 3. I have ideas but have no way to test them seeing as I don't feel like risking my chars for botjail xD
